Is there a free Loytap plan?+
Loytap does not currently advertise a free business plan. The paid café plan is £35 monthly or £315 when billed annually.
Are there per-customer or per-scan fees?+
No. The displayed café plan includes unlimited customers and unlimited scans rather than charging for each member or visit.
Is setup included?+
The standard branding, reward and counter-flow setup described on this page is included in the Loytap café plan.
Do I need to buy hardware or integrate my till?+
No separate loyalty scanner or till integration is required. An approved team member uses a supported phone to scan the customer QR.
How does cancellation work?+
You can cancel before the next renewal by contacting Loytap. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Full details are in the terms of service.
Does the price include tax?+
Applicable taxes may be added where required. The complete amount and billing period are confirmed before you order.
