Regular care. A simple thank-you.

Grooming routines vary by pet and owner. A digital loyalty card recognises repeat visits without assuming everyone should come back on the same schedule.

Your business on their phone

Owners keep your branded card ready for their next visit, with no paper card to find at collection time.

Stamp after the service

Your team checks the visit qualifies, scans the owner’s personal QR and adds a loyalty stamp.

A useful customer history

See stamped visits and reward progress before sending a relevant update to owners who have opted in.

Thank the owner for choosing you again.

Different coats, sizes and services take different amounts of time. Set a reward that respects your costs, and explain which completed visits earn a stamp.

Follow the visits, not just the bookings.

The owner’s loyalty profile shows the visits you have stamped and the reward progress they have made. Use that history before deciding whether a check-in is useful.

  • Compare 7 or 30 days

Stamps, members and rewards in one place.

  • Open the customer behind the visit

See their stamp history and progress towards a reward.

  • Choose who to contact

Use a relevant group, then preview your message before sending.

A loyalty card belongs to the customer, not a pet record. Loytap does not manage grooming notes, veterinary details or scheduled appointments.

Explore customer insights

Useful updates for the people who bring them.

Keep loyalty communication separate from grooming or care advice.

The next qualifying visit

Help owners see how close they are to a reward, with clear terms for eligible services.

New hours or shop news

Share holiday opening hours, a service update or a business announcement with opted-in customers.

An owner you have not seen

Check their history before reaching out. A thoughtful message is more useful than assuming a particular grooming schedule.

Loyalty for pet groomers: your questions

How does a dog grooming loyalty card work?

The owner joins your programme and confirms their email. They receive a personal QR card. After an eligible grooming visit, staff scan the owner’s card and add a stamp towards the reward you have agreed.

Does each pet need its own card?

The current loyalty card is associated with a customer member, not an individual pet. Agree how visits involving multiple pets should count and make that rule clear to staff and owners.

Does Loytap manage grooming appointments or pet records?

No. Use your existing systems for appointments, service notes and pet information. Loytap handles the owner’s loyalty stamps, reward progress and customer messages.

Can we keep our current paper-card offer?

A simple stamp-based offer can be a starting point. Agree the eligible service, target and reward before launch, and decide with your team how any existing paper-card progress should be handled.

Put your business on their next loyalty card.

We’ll talk through your reward, branding and staff workflow before you launch. Keep your existing booking and payment setup.
